Steve Hilfiker brought an environmental perspective with his attendance at this month’s meeting of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) on March 8. REIS brings together professionals from every field associated with real estate, from agents and attorneys to bankers and builders.
A frequent topic of these monthly gatherings is Southwest Florida’s economic growth and development—an area that ERMI is uniquely equipped to support. Given the state’s remarkable rate of growth, efficient redevelopment of underutilized commercial properties will be essential for accommodating this growth while protecting vital environmental resources.
Keynote speaker for this month’s event was Cecil Pendergrass, Chair of the Lee County Board of County Commissioners.
