Barry Murphree, PG

Senior VP

Mr. Murphree is a licensed Professional Geologist with extensive professional experience in environmental site assessment and remediation investigations. Mr. Murphree graduated from University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Geology. Work completed under Mr. Murphree’s direct supervision in his role as a Florida-licensed professional Geologist has included a full range of soil and groundwater assessment and remediation.
 
Mr. Murphree’s remediation experience includes the following: multiple remediation strategies: soil excavation, Air Sparge (AS) and Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE), biosparging, Multi-phase Extraction (MPE), bioremediation, chemical oxidation, hydraulic containment, free product recovery and treatment and Natural Attenuation Monitoring (NAM). Mr. Murphree has also presented soil and water quality data collected during active remediation in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Reports and used data to evaluate the progress of site cleanup. He has used these data to optimize system operating parameters and maximize remediation efficiencies and effectiveness, thereby decreasing cleanup timeframes and costs.
 
His responsibilities at ERMI include: technical supervision, project oversight, project management, upper-level technical report writing, remedial design, report review, data interpretation, client communications, scheduling and management of personnel, mapping, field sampling/oversight, contracting, training, business development, expert witness and testimony, and marketing.

As a graduate from the Florida Gulf Coast University in 2007, Mrs. Campbell started her professional career with Environmental Risk Management  She has performed and managed a variety of risk and contamination assessments, both in public and private sectors. As a member of Florida Environmental Assessors Association (FEAA), Florida Brownfield Association and Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP), Mrs. Campbell has continued her education throughout her career.  She has been involved in all aspects of various projects from due diligence consulting, assessments, forensic investigations and claim consulting services, to name a few.Her responsibilities at ERMI include: Project management, upper-level technical report writing, limited remediation design, data interpretation, client communications, scheduling and management of personnel, mapping, field sampling/oversight, contracting, training, business development and marketing.

Mr. Laracuente is a licensed Professional Geologist with extensive professional experience in environmental site assessments and remedial investigations. Zachary McQuirt, PE

Project Engineer

Mr. McQuirt is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive professional experience in environmental site assessment and remediation, having worked on over 210 sites within the Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP).

Mr. McQuirt spent nine years in the United States Navy in the special operations community as an explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician, leading over 150 EOD combat missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom and providing direct support to civilian law enforcement as well as federal agencies including the Secret Service and the State Department. The skills acquired during his time in the Navy allowed for a seamless transition into the engineering field.

Mr. McQuirt supervises, directs, and reviews all engineering design plans, research, and assessment of applicable site-specific engineering technologies, development of engineering design strategies from field-collected data, and evaluation of project safety, quality, and performance requirements. Mr. McQuirt oversees and analyzes compliance of design specifications during remediation technology testing, construction, and implementation of remediation engineering projects, directs optimization of system operational efficiency using real-time field data and groundwater sampling analytical results, and evaluates technical reports for quality, accuracy, and compliance with contract requirements and applicable regulations and policies.

Project Manager

Mr. Allison has extensive experience in performing and managing site assessment and remedial construction within the Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP). As Field Coordinator, he acts as a liaison between office and field staff, ensuring compliance with FDEP and ERMI policies andprocedures, as well as managing field equipment, supplies, and other aspects of day- to-day field operations.
